We ship your bicycle carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. For logistical reasons, the handlebar and stem are shipped disassembled, and we include detailed instructions to help you assemble everything easily and correctly.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country or shipping area. Once your bike leaves our Factory, you can typically expect to receive it within 72 hours (please check with Unîca for specific lead times related to assembly and/or customization).
If you prefer to pick up your bike at one of our Dealers or directly at the Factory, we’ll keep you informed of every step.
We highly recommend visiting our Factory: you’ll be able to test your bike, explore our full range, and receive personalized advice.
Once you’ve configured your bicycle with the standard build options, simply add it to your cart to start your order.
To confirm your reservation, we’ll request an initial payment representing a percentage of 50% of total amount. You can complete this payment using any of the methods available on our platform.
Once we receive the payment confirmation, we’ll get in touch with you to finalize all the details—custom design, sizing, measurements, and any other adjustments to make your bike truly unique.
Your bicycle will be ready for delivery within approximately 6 weeks from the confirmation date.
The colour ÛBLUE is our corporate blue, it is the colour we used to paint our first bicycles and we like it.
CUSTOM Unîca decoration is subject to certain limitations, such as certain colour combinations or symbols that are not permitted.
The delivery time for a customised bicycle, component or wheel is between 3 and 4 weeks.
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to agree on the desired customisation.
