This Data Protection Policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by the User through the Internet portal (hereinafter, the “Portal”) that JMCYCLING COMPONENTS S.L. makes available to Internet users. This Policy is an integral part of the Legal Notice accessible at all times from the Portal.
The User guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and updated, being responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of breach of that obligation. 2.2. For what purpose do we process the User’s personal data?
JMCYCLING COMPONENTS S.L. processes the information provided by the user in order to deal with requests of various kinds made by the user. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will pursue the management of:
a. Enquiries and requests for proposals (RFP) submitted through the contact form provided for this purpose.
b. Communications through Newsletters.
